"How long does it take to ship my order?" - Once your order has been placed we ask that you allow up to 5 business days (excluding holidays) for us to process the order. Once the order has been processed, we will send you out a follow up email containing confirmation and tracking information for your order.
"Will your light bars fit my vehicle?" - All of the light bars we carry are universal, they are made to fit any vehicle (assuming the surface area is sufficient). Each bar includes universal mounting brackets and hardware. We suggest every customer measure the area they plan on placing their bar before they order to avoid any issues after delivery as we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
"Do you offer a warranty?" - We offer a limited 30-Day Warranty on all of our products. This warranty protects our customers against damaged or defective goods upon delivery. For more info please visit our Warranty page.
"What brand are your light bars?" - All the light bars we carry are unbranded and come straight from the manufacturer.
"Where are your light bars made?" - We get this question a lot and the answer is China. Most folks immediately get turned off by this answer, but the fact is that 95% of the light bars out there are manufactured overseas and if not, the components used to assemble the light bars in the US come from overseas. Our question for you is what brand is that phone in your pocket? Apple? Samsung? It doesn't really matter what brand it is, it was made in China and the quality is excellent and so is the quality of the light bars we sell.
"Can I Return or Exchange My Order?" - All sales are final. We do offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective as mentioned on our Warranty page. Customers are responsible for measuring their mounting surface area before placing an order to insure proper fitment.
"How Can I Cancel My Order?" - We are only able to cancel orders within the first 2 hours after the order is placed. After that the order has typically been processed and is prepping for shipment or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it's out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.
